CHAS Premium Plus accreditation places a the focus on maintaining high standards of health and safety within our business. The Premium Plus accreditation is for those companies who have been able to prove that they take their commitments beyond the basic level.
Phoenix Drilling is delighted to announce that we have successfully passed our migration assessment to the international health and safety management system ISO 45001.
In addition to achieving ISO 45001, we have also successfully passed our recertification assessment for ISO 9001 (Quality) and ISO 14001 (Environmental) management systems.
Our integrated management systems policies, processes and procedures ensures that HSEQ is part of our culture, overall business strategy as well as our day-to-day operations.

Our ISO certification scope includes drilling, boring and geothermal activities relating to all Phoenix Drilling site operations, support processes, equipment and rigs.

Phoenix Drilling have been appointed to drill beside Glasgow’s iconic Science Tower and I-Max cinema. This follows on from previous works undertaken by Phoenix Drilling as part of the ongoing redevelopment of the former Garden Festival site.
Our Fraste XL Max and crew arriving on site at Glenmore, Glenborrodale which is a coastal community on Loch Sunart in the South of the Ardnamurchan peninsula in the Highland area of Scotland.
The project consisted of several 200m deep Geothermal borehole installations for a new build property.
Our soils crew setting up our light weight Consallen Forager soils rig mounted on a Hagglund BV206. The rotary works were also assisted by use of a Hagglund mounted Comaccho 305 rotary rig and compressor.
The crews made short work of accessing what was a particularly tricky sloping site with soft waterlogged soils.
An excellent result!
